Refund your order

You have the right to return the products you ordered and request their replacement or the return of their value/ refund.
It is necessary before any return to contact us via phone 210 2796361 or via email info@overneed.com, in order to inform us of the return and request the refund.

For us to proceed with the refund the following conditions must be met:

Product returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging, complete & intact, without wear or damage.
Product labels must not have been removed.
The product must be returned with all the necessary documentation that was sent with it.
For hygiene reasons, thermal clothes and socks cannot be returned.
For the return to be accepted it must first be approved by the company.
Please, keep in mind that shipping costs for the return of the product are charged to the customer. If the return is due to an error made by our company, we commit to pay the shipping costs in full.

After the product is delivered to our company, it is checked to see if the conditions of the return are met. If they are, our accounting department will refund only the cost of the product.

If the return is accepted by the company and the order was paid by cash on delivery or by bank deposit,  you should also provide us with a bank account number as well as the account holder’s name for the refund to proceed. If the payment was done with a credit/ debit card, you will receive the refund in the same card. If it was done with PayPal, you will receive the refund in your PayPal account.

In case of defective products,  the process of the refund is the same. It is necessary to contact us in order to inform us of the defective product and request the refund.

If the defect is visible, we will also ask you to send us a photo of the defective product before shipping it back to us. After we receive the product, we proceed with a technical inspection to determine whether the product was defective due to a manufacturing mistake and not due to misuse. If the inspection shows that the product is defective, our accounting department will proceed with the refund of the whole order (product and shipping costs).

Refunds are processed and completed within 5 working days from the date the company receives the returned products.

Whether the return is due to a change in size, color, or for any other reason, for example if you were not pleased with the product, there is the potential for returning your order withing 14 days of order delivery (established by the courier receipt).
