1. Store pickup

You can choose to collect your order directly from our store, which is located at Nea Filadelfeia (Skra 11 & Stratigou Nikolaou Plastira ), after confirming via phone or email the availability of the products.

*If the order is not picked up from the store within 7 calendar days from the date it was submitted, it will be deleted unless the customer specifically requests for the order to be reserved.

2. Shipping to your location via courier service

We can ship your order anywhere in Greece with the following shipping cost:

Shipping cost of 3 euros for packages up to 3kg. Every kilo after that has an extra charge of 1.30 euros.

*Orders are fulfilled and delivered to the courier service within two working days. All orders submitted before 14:00 are shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 14:00 are shipped the next working day.

*You can choose to pay by cash on delivery with an extra charge of 2.5 euros.

*All prices above include 24% VAT.

*All prices above pertain to shipments in Greece (including remote areas).

Large packages

Large packages cannot be sent by courier due to their volume. They are sent through a freight agency after consultation and payment for their purchase can only be made by bank deposit or card before shipment of the order.

Status of the order:

We will send you an email to inform you that your order is shipped. You can track your package through the courier service’s site with the tracking number that will be included in the email.

Return of your order

You have the right to return the products you ordered within 14 calendar days of order delivery. Please, keep in mind that shipping costs for the return of the product, as well as new shipping costs in case of product replacement, are charged to the customer. The product must be in its original packaging, complete & intact, without wear or damage and must be returned with all the necessary documentation that was sent with it.

When receiving your order you should check the products thoroughly for any visible defects.

It is necessary before any return to contact us via phone 210 2796361 or via email info@overneed.com, in order to inform us of the return.

Refunds are processed and completed within 5 working days from the date the company receives the returned products.
